Cancellations or amendments maybe made anytime prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched please see the return & exchange policy. In the event your order is lost, delayed or misrouted we cannot take responsibility for any fees or charges incurred.

We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. Standard shipping should be with you within 3-5 working days of dispatch and express shipping should be with you within 1-3 working days of dispatch. Free standard shipping on orders over £30 and free express shipping on orders over £100 within the UK Mainland.
